Ride 4 Rescue

Every year in February, the Adventist Alpine Village has the privilege of welcoming the incredible team from Ride 4 Rescue. The team of bike riders, volunteers and organisers stay at the village for two nights on their journey through the Snowy Mountains. Raising money for two wonderful charities, The Blossom Project & Restore One, these riders start at Canberra and power on, all the way to conquer Australia’s Highest Peak – Mount Kosciuszko.

Ride 4 Rescue’s annual Capital 2 Koszi mountain bike ride winds through Australia’s beautiful alpine. Beginning at Canberra, the riders experience a range of terrain – private tracks, river crossings and fire roads – on their way towards their final destination, Mount Kosciuszko. The Ride 4 Rescue team raises an incredible sum each year that goes to their charities in Vanuatu and Cambodia. Adventist Alpine Village is a proud supporter of this great event and cause.
